Volume Weight: Also Termed Dimensional weight, & "dim" weight, is used because the space a package takes on an aircraft may be more and may cost more than the package's actual weight. You should calculate dimensional weight for every shipment, compare that to its actual weight, and use the greater of the two to determine your shipping cost.

•  Impex would repack your packages at a fee of $3 per pack.
•  Impex would repack a package if the box or carton is damaged or broken
•  The package is deemed a volume weight package and repacking could save the Customer extra fees.

            Note Repacking is not same as Impex Consolidation.

• Impex will not offer a consolidation service but our minimum weight will be decreased to 3lbs 
• Impex will charge a customer $7 for up 3 boxes in one shipment after the third box another 10 dollars will be added, in inclement of 2 boxes for $7 dollar delivery. 
•  3 packages= $14 delivery charge 4 packages= $21 delivery charge 5 packages= $28 delivery charge 6 packages= $35 delivery charge ( to Lagos; 20 for all other states)

No Impex would not perform this service to avoid items being misplaced and each package is accounted for using their tracking details

Yes, you are required to pay customs duties but this is incorporated in your freight rate offered by IMPEX.

Yes log into your Impex Account and "Edit" your receivers and you would be able to change your receiver address. Note if this address is not changed back all subsequent packages would be delivered to this new address.

Yes you can go to "My Account" and click on "View Past Transactions", all of your order numbers will display with Dates placed. You will then click on the order you need to view.

Yes you can but there is a minimum fee of $5.0. Send an email to infousa@impexworldwide.com and state your customer #, original receiver and new receiver.

First, track your package on Impex website or from your Impex account. If you are not satisfied with the tracking info, send an email to infousa@impexworldwide.com.

Your unpicked cargo is allowed a grace period of 5 days after which storage charges are billed.

When your order is placed you will receive emails and purchase invoice from Impex and from the vendor, your Order will be updated with Order Placed and the order date

Due to international shipping charges from Nigeria back to the US, it is tough & expensive to make returns after the goods have been exported. If the customer can afford the export fees & shipping cost back to the US, Impex would arrange on behalf of the customer to have a UPS or FedEx export the package back to the vendor in the US.
